Launched all of NBC Out's social media platforms. Handled copy writing, scheduling and content distribution on NBC Out's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Pride 30
-NBC Out’s annual list celebrating LGBTQ change makers and rising stars during LGBTQ Pride Month. It began in 2017.
2017
-For the inaugural list, I was on the committee that looked through public nominations and chose the individuals that ended up on the list
-My duties included creating the social media plan and coordinate with NBC News affiliates across the street as well as writing profiles for Pride 30 honorees Gabby Rivera, Dr. Brian Mustanski, Hannah Hart and Kun-Yang Lin.
2018
-I served as the project manager for the 2018 Pride 30 list, coordinating with writers and teams within NBC News to make sure the landing page, videos, social assets and articles were all ready for the June 1st launch.
- Greg Berlanti, Tori Cooper, Josie Totah, Kelsey Louie and Danica Roem were the honorees I interviewed for 2018’s list.
NBC Out's "Out in America"
-During the news vertical's second month, "Out in America" was launched, which included LGBTQ individuals from across the United States sharing what it means to be an LGBTQ person in the U.S. I solicited images and quotes through social media to share on NBC Out's Instagram account.

Wrote copy, distributed content and scheduled posts on NBC News' Facebook and Twitter.
Historical Black Firsts
-For Black History Month, I put together a list of Black people who broke barriers to make history. The assignment included a story for NBCNews.com and an Instagram story highlighting the individuals on the list.
